Chair Therapy
Can anyone advise me on what that exercise therapy should I do to get rid of a sore shoulder and neck pain?
I noticed every When I use the computer as now, those pains will come, but when I do something different, like sitting and watching TV than pain dont seem to be there. I tried change the level of my computer chair, but has not yet help.The pains are mostly on the left side.
