Why is my face so red & & body when jogging?
I run 2 miles and a half to half way and when I pointed my im face is blood red and my body is mottled red. Why is this?
are red, because your body is cooling down. capillaries are tiny blood vessels that carry blood around the body, are only one cell thick! So, when your body is warmed through, for example the exercise capillaries closer to the surface of the skin, which cools the blood and because they are closer to the surface of the skin and gives the impression of being red.
